 How much is shipping/delivery costs?

  • Delivery costs are determined during checkout based on location, weight, measurements, and destination of the item in the request. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
  • This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.
  • Local Delivery is available to customers who reside within 10 miles from our business address in the Orlando, FL area.
I'm in love with an item, but it is 'Out of Stock'. What can i do and how often do you restock?
Good news!

  • We get new every week or so and frequently restock our most popular items. Just be ready to act immediately when you find a style, size, or color you like!
  • Unfortunately tho, we cannot guarantee that a specific item will be restocked. 
How long do i have to return an item?
  • Our policy lasts for 7 days.
  • If the 7 days period has elapsed since your purchase, sadly, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. 
Am i eligible for a refund and/or return?
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You also have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
What do i do if my refund is late?
  • If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your statement, then contact your debit/credit card company.
  • It may take a few days for your refund to reflect in your account.
